Amazon SEND/ShipTrack Carrier,Amazon SPN/Temu/Tiktok/Wayfair/Walmart Partner
The Amazon FBA shipping process covers every key link of FBA shipping, from creating an FBA shipping plan, selecting inventory, confirming shipping information, printing packaging labels, preparing product labels, to reviewing shipments, preparing and sending shipments, monitoring shipment status and handling shelf issues. Through a combination of pictures and texts, it helps sellers better understand and efficiently execute the FBA shipping process, ensuring that products are successfully listed and enjoy the high-quality warehousing, distribution and customer service provided by Amazon.
The Amazon FBA shipping process is a multi-step process designed to help sellers deliver goods to Amazon's fulfillment centers efficiently and accurately, and Amazon is responsible for the subsequent storage, sorting, packaging, distribution and customer service. The following is a detailed shipping process, including text descriptions and brief step overviews, but due to technical limitations of directly inserting images, I will explain each step in detail in text form.
一、Amazon FBA shipping process
1. Switch to FBA delivery
Path 1: In the seller backend, click "Inventory" -> "Manage All Inventory", find the product that needs to be converted to FBA, click "Edit" -> select "Convert to Amazon Fulfillment".
Path 2: When uploading a new product, select FBA as the delivery method directly on the product page.
Fill in the quantity of goods you want to ship.
After submitting, click Print All SKU Labels
If one outer box cannot hold all the items, choose multiple packages (the longest side length of multiple products in the same package on Amazon cannot exceed 63cm, and the size of a single box cannot exceed 23kg)
Select a shipping carrier. The shipping cost of a SEND shipping carrier is slightly more expensive, while a non-cooperative carrier will be cheaper. Then select a shipping date.
You can see below that if you don’t want to pay the warehouse configuration fee, your goods will be divided into 4-5 warehouses, and will be sent to the farther east coast of the United States. If you want to distribute them in the west and central United States, you need to pay a certain configuration fee.
After confirming the fee, you can print the FBA label
2. Select the barcode type and send inventory
Select "Amazon barcode" as the product barcode type, which will help Amazon better identify and manage your products in the operation center. Print at least 2 FBA labels to ensure that they can be scanned when entering the warehouse, otherwise they cannot be entered. It is best to put "Made in China" under the label
Click "Convert and send inventory" to proceed to the next step, and the shipment is basically completed.
二、Other notes:
1.Fill in the shipping address and packaging details
The shipping address can be the address of the first-leg service provider or your own address.
Select the packaging type (such as original packaging, mixed packaging, etc.) according to the product situation,
and fill in the quantity of the product.
Select the pretreatment method (such as no pretreatment, labeling, etc.), and continue.
2.Print and paste the product label
Download the product label in the seller's backend and print it out with a printer. Generally, choose the popular label printing,
and paste an FBA label on the front and left and right sides of the box to prevent it from being worn and unable to be scanned
and put on the shelf.
Paste the label on the product or its packaging to ensure that the barcode is clearly visible.
3.Create a shipment and print the box label
Create a new shipment in the seller's backend and fill in relevant information, such as the number of boxes, box size, weight, etc.
Print the box label and paste it in a conspicuous position on the outside of the box. The box label should contain necessary information
such as "Made In China".
4. Ship and track
Hand the goods to the first-leg logistics company designated by Amazon for transportation.
Fill in the tracking number in the Amazon seller backend to track the shipment status.
Wait for the shipment to arrive at the Amazon fulfillment center and be put into storage.
5.Others
During the entire delivery process, it is important to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the product information to avoid delays or
losses caused by incorrect information.
